These terms cover purchases made through selakabali.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

SELAKA jewelry is handmade in small batches in Celuk, Bali. Minor variations in color, finish, texture, and shape are part of the craft and are not considered defects.

Prices are listed on each product page in IDR and may be updated before an order is placed; once a payment is confirmed, that order's price will not change. An order is only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our online checkout. Before payment, your details and the piece are held while you complete checkout; if payment fails or is abandoned, the hold is released.

Online payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Midtrans. SELAKA does not store full card or bank details.

Your debit or credit card is charged at the moment you complete checkout through Midtrans. As soon as Midtrans confirms a successful payment, we send an order confirmation containing the order number, item details, price in IDR, and delivery address to the WhatsApp number and email you provided at checkout — normally within one hour of the successful payment. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected].

Please keep your proof of transaction — the Midtrans payment receipt, the SELAKA order confirmation message, and your bank or card statement entry — until your order has been delivered and you have confirmed it is correct. These documents are required for any refund, replacement, or dispute resolution under our Refund Policy.

selakabali.com is served over HTTPS (TLS) on every page, including checkout. Online payments are handled by Midtrans, a Bank Indonesia-licensed payment gateway that is PCI DSS compliant; your card or bank account number is entered only inside the Midtrans payment window and is never seen, transmitted, or stored by SELAKA. Order and customer data is stored in an access-controlled database and is accessible only to authorised SELAKA staff.

SELAKA reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, was listed in error, or if fraud is suspected.
