How Selaka Bali handles the personal information you share with us when you place an order or browse selakabali.com.
What we collect and why
At checkout we collect your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address, any order notes, and an email address if you provide one — all used to process and deliver your order, coordinate with you, and meet Indonesian accounting and tax obligations. When you browse the site we may also receive standard technical data (IP address, device, browser).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the site and fulfill orders: Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting), Midtrans (payments — we do not store card or bank details), WhatsApp Business (order confirmation), and courier partners (delivery).
Cookies and analytics
We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand site usage. When analytics is enabled it may set cookies; no personally identifying information is intentionally collected and we do not use these tools for advertising.
Retention and your rights
We keep order and customer data only as long as needed to fulfill and support your order and to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data — email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Selaka Bali products are not directed to anyone under 17.
