How Selaka Bali handles the personal information you share with us when you place an order or browse selakabali.com.

At checkout we collect your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address, and any order notes — all used to process and deliver your order, coordinate with you, and meet Indonesian accounting and tax obligations. If you join a waitlist, we collect your email address so we can notify you about Drop 02 or product availability. When you browse the site we may also receive standard technical data (IP address, device, browser).

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the site and fulfill orders: Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting), Midtrans (payments — we do not store card or bank details), WhatsApp Business (order confirmation), and courier partners (delivery).

We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand site usage. When analytics is enabled it may set cookies; no personally identifying information is intentionally collected and we do not use these tools for advertising.

selakabali.com is served over HTTPS (TLS) on every page. Card details are entered only inside the Midtrans payment window — Midtrans is PCI DSS compliant — and are never seen, transmitted, or stored by SELAKA. Order and customer records are kept in an access-controlled Supabase database, encrypted in transit and at rest by the provider, and are accessible only to authorised SELAKA staff through password-protected accounts.

We keep order and customer data only as long as needed to fulfill and support your order and to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data — email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Selaka Bali products are not directed to anyone under 17.
