How Selaka Bali handles personal information on selakabali.com.
What we collect and why
This site shows our collection. It does not sell anything and has no forms to fill in. We only receive what you choose to send us, for example when you message us on WhatsApp, email us or write to us on Instagram, and we use it only to answer you. When you browse the site, standard technical data (IP address, device, browser) reaches our hosting provider.
Earlier orders and the waitlist
If you ordered from this site or joined our email waitlist before September 2026, we keep those records only as long as the law requires, or until you ask us to delete them. Waitlist emails are used only for what you signed up for: news about new pieces.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. We rely on a small number of providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (where earlier order and waitlist records are stored) and Google Analytics (site statistics).
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies. No personally identifying information is intentionally collected, and we do not use it for advertising.
Buying from us on Etsy
When our Etsy shop opens, orders placed there are handled under Etsy's own terms and privacy policy, together with the information you share with us through Etsy to prepare and send your order.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data. Email [email protected] and we will reply within a reasonable time.
