These terms cover purchases made through selakabali.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Our products
SELAKA jewelry is handmade in small batches in Ubud, Bali. Minor variations in color, finish, texture, and shape are part of the craft and are not considered defects.
Pricing and orders
Prices are listed on each product page in IDR and may be updated before an order is placed; once a payment is confirmed, that order's price will not change. An order is only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our online checkout — pending or failed payments do not create an order.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Midtrans. SELAKA does not store full card or bank details.
Right to cancel
SELAKA reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, was listed in error, or if fraud is suspected.
Shipping, refunds, and privacy
Delivery, processing time, international orders and customs are covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns and replacements are handled under our Refund Policy. Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
